THRiVE Community Building partners with early childhood education programs of all types, and our goal is to ensure safe, compliant and efficient environments and systems that support young learners, their families, and the staff. We can help most any ECE program with questions about the facility itself as well as the management structures that leverage high enrollment and high satisfaction for the children and the staff. Clients range from private and non-profit childcare centers, state quality initiatives, tribal child care and school districts.
Our services range from safety and supervision assessment to environmental assessment, facility master planning, systems and procedures development, management coaching and more.
A quick note: Thrive Community Building does not provide direct services to Head Start grantees. Our sister organization, Community Development Institute (CDI), serves the Head Start community through its work with the Office of Head Start.
