The THRIVE Community Building team has a long history of improving services for young children and empowering their management teams. This is one of our success stories. 

THRIVE Community Building’s Director, Monica Duncan, led a team and a group of providers through a six-month process in order to boost enrollment, quality and collaboration within their programs. The process included training, assessment, technical assistance and strategic planning. The goal was to re-imagine facility space design, program management, parental engagement and partner development. 

This process led to improved enrollment and greater functionality and safety within classrooms as well as teacher satisfaction. The providers also participated in peer learning and strategy sessions to improve leadership and personnel management. Moving forward, organizational management processes are in constant evolution and are implemented with intentionality and diligence for continued success.
